Obv. 

1–2 O Šamaš! I am placing in my mouth pure cedar, I am wrapping it for you in the locks of my hair; 

3–4 I am placing for you in my lap ... cedar.

5–6 I washed my mouth and my hands, I wiped my mouth with ... cedar.

7–8 I wrapped pure cedar in the locks of my hair, I piled up(?) for you ... cedar.

9–10 Being pure, I draw near to the assembly of the gods for judgment.

11 O Šamaš, lord of judgment! O Adad, lord of prayers and of divination!

12–13 Place veracity in the prayer that I pray, in the extispicy act that I perform!

14–16 O Šamaš! I am placing in the incense of your ... pure cedar. May the incense rest! May it summon the great gods!

17–18 Place veracity in the prayer that I pray, in the extispicy act that I perform!

19–21 O Šamaš, I carry for you water from the Tigris and the Euphrates which was brought from the mountain cedar and cypress:

21–22 Wash up, O valiant Šamaš, and let the great gods wash up with you!

23–24 and you, Bunene, the messenger of justice, wash you up before Šamaš, the judge!

25–26 O Šamaš, I carry for you gleaned barley(?). Glean the pure water for the flour mush!

26–27 O Šamaš, lord of judgment! O Adad, lord of prayers and of divination!

28 You, who you are seated on golden chairs, eating from a lapis lazuli table: 

29–30 you will descend here, you will eat, you will be seated on the chair and you will pronounce judgment.
