Translation

ii20'–iii 1 … … the eye has passed by. When she saw the bull, she broke its yoke.

2–3      She saw the ass, she made it throw its leading rope;

4–5      She saw the trough, she embittered the water of …

6–7      The eye scattered the gathered hearth.

8–9      She holds back the messenger on the road.

10–11  She gives the baby amniotic water to drink.

12–15  After she has scattered the hearth, she went and destroyed the chapel of the house.

16–18  May the maiden of the house, while sweeping, throw the eye out to the street!

19–20  May the god of the house throw the eye out to the outside!
