Translation
1–2 Worm, you should not e[at] the sickle of obsidian!

3 You(f.) should go up into the mountains!

4 You(f.) have blackened the mouth of the man as if with excrement!

5 Lie(f.) down! May they put you(f.) to rest!

6–9 Until there will be joy and the dead man revives from the Netherworld, you shall not rise!

10–11  The incantation is not mine! It is the incantation of Enlil!

12–13  The incantation is not mine! It is the incantation of Šamaš!

15–16  I am the wild bull of the mountains

17–18  (and) I cast the incantation on my body!
