Following another incantation (YOS 11, 16a // YOS 11, 77b, against a scorpion?), this spell aims probably to heal a sick sinew (cf. l. 8).  Erasures and omissions of signs.

Translation

4 Wildest of bulls! fox! lioness!

5 The trouble of the mind, the darling of the heart:

6–7 Since Damu has cast his incantation – he got well, (now) I will cast my incantation so that he will get well:

8 Renew his own sinew, if not his (Text: their) body -

9–10 Just as (lit: may) the dogs lick their own wounds.
