Translation
“[……] … was raised …, he saw the goddess of the windows, Bēlet-ṣēri, and approached her (with sexual intentions). Later, Bēlet-ilī heard (it) and became jealous: because of the regular rites /offerings (kinayyātu ) (or: “jealousy-related issues ”(qīnayātu )) - this is what it means.”
