1     The sikkatum-disease (pox?), fever,

2     the ašû-disease, the ziqtum-disease (“the sting-mark”), collapse,

3     the šanadu-disease, the sāmānum-disease,

4     the [ge]rgiššu-disease (red skin), the sweet simmu-disease,

5     the [ekke]tum-disease (scabies?), the rišûtum-disease (redness),

6     evil [blo]ody feces, sun-heat,

7     the šagbānu-disease, the šawinum-disease,

8     bad shivering, the epeqēnu-disease (skin disease) and the bušānum-disease (bad smell)

10–11       descended from the udders/lead rope of heaven, burned up

12    the sheep, the lambs,

13    burned up the small ones on the shoulders of the nurse.

14    ... Daughters of An, seven and seven,

15    whose vessels are of gold, their jars pure lapis-lazuli?

17    Let them draw for me pure water of the seas,
