Incantations, love?
Love Literature

CDLI P305832. Coll.Farber, YOS 11, p. 65.

After a broken bilingual incantation and another, in Akk. only, to win a court-case (or love?), comes this incantation which is followed by two incantations in an unidentified language “to dr[ive away] a mongoose” (ša šikkê ana ṭ[ú-ru-dim], ll. 31–32); and “to appease the heart” (ša ŠÀ SI-SA, l. 33).

27 Let me throw on your(m.) heart ice (and) frost!

28 When you see me – be soothed(m.) like (one who drinks) beer, like a ... rel[ease (me)]!

29–30 Because you(m.?) are sitting while I am kneeling, (because) I am standing at [your s]ervice, let me cast a spell on you(m.), let me take the spell of vertigo that is in front of [you].
