54        am-mi-ni ki-ma e-e-ri-im la-ʾì-im er-ni-it-ta-ka le-em-né-et

55        a[m]-mi-ni za-a-wa-nu pa-nu-ú-ki

56        [am-m]i-ni a-al-qá-ku la a-ba-aš-ši

Translation

53           Why are you(m.) harsh like a bramble (bush) of the forest?

54           Why is your(m.) triumph-cry as bad as (that) of a little child?

55           Why is your(f.) face inimical?

56           Why am I lost? (Why) do I not exist (for you)?
