Translation

11        Sîn in the ...  ... ...

12        thus .... .... of my mouth.

13        The person (lit. “son of mankind”) ... I told you:

14–15  "How, without considering, you came and drew near

16        to the bowl from which the boy ate the pie?!

17–18  Go! May the boy live and may the scorpion die!"

19        Incantation against a scorpion.

20–21  Its ritual: Place on lesion the substance (taken) from the inner ear of a donkey

22        and recite the (above) incantation, and he will recover.
